We provide professional home appliance repair and installation services including TV repair, wall mounting, and Smart TV setup across Delhi NCR and other regions.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must be legally capable of entering a contract
• You must provide accurate booking information

3. Service Booking

Booking: You can book via website, phone, or WhatsApp.

Confirmation: Booking is confirmed only after our confirmation.

Information: Incorrect details may cause delays or extra charges.

Access: You must allow technician access at scheduled time.

4. Service Charges & Pricing

Inspection Charge: ₹249 after discount.

Repair Charges: Shared after diagnosis.

Transparency: No hidden charges without approval.

Payment: Pay after service via cash/UPI/digital mode.

5. Warranty on Repairs

Limited warranty may be provided depending on service.

• No coverage for misuse or physical damage
• No coverage for unrelated issues
• No coverage for third-party interference

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancel at least 2 hours before appointment
• Late cancellation may incur ₹199 fee
• We may reschedule due to unavoidable reasons

7. Liability & Disclaimers

We are not liable for indirect or unexpected damages.

We are not responsible for pre-existing issues.

Total liability is limited to the service amount paid.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe working environment
• Ensure electricity and access
• Share correct appliance details
• Treat technicians respectfully

9. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by Expert Home Fix and cannot be reused without permission.

10. User Conduct

• No false or misleading information
• No illegal use of services
• No abusive behavior

11. Privacy
